MOVE IT! is an energetic & enjoyable training class for dancers, physical performers and community members interested in pursuing a fitness based movement training that works with natural, rhythmic principles to enhance strength, power & ease of motion. MOVE IT! classes have been enjoyed by 1000’s of people across the globe as a way to access and rekindle the pleasure of dance within a focused professional training. MOVE IT! offers a place for dancers (& others with a professional focus to body based training) to experience the pleasure of dance in a grounded & supportive environment, to shake out, open the body & move it!

Contact Improvisation is a dance form based on a rolling point of contact between 2 or more participants. In this workshop we will explore FUNdamental principles of motion that underpin Contact Improvisation and easeful, embodied dancing. This workshop can be taken as an ideal introduction to Contact Improvisation for all movers as well as a space for experienced improvisers to practice and improve skills.
Costs:1 day £22 unwaged / £27 part-waged / £35 waged 2 days: £40/ £50/ £65 waged
