New dates into the summer
Contact improvisation is a form of dance where 2 or more people are improvising
in response to physical points of contact between them.
The form explores the ablity to move in any direction and any speed
with greater awareness and sensitivity to ones own body and to anothers.
Jams - are free form explorations in improvisation and contact.
There is no class as such but the jam will be facilitated.
