Four drop-in classes to investigate bodies moving together in space. Finding connections through the limbs to the centre to access softness and strength in our dancing. Making friends with the floor and breathing expansion into the body. Pouring weight and catching rides through space. How do we keep our dancing alive, dynamic, full of imagination and curiosity? Suitable for intermediates/beginners.

Thursday Improv Jam

Jam v. (ja?m):To wedge forcibly into a tight position

An Improvisation Jam, contrarily, is an opportunity for free exploration in dance, movement and physicality through dynamic interplay. Open to dancers, contactors, musicians and others interested in an open and respectful practice.
