CI-Edinburgh : Message: Fwd: contact improvisation

Dear contacters,

Would you like to dance for the demonstrations coming up for the g8 summit starting on the 2nd of july Make Poverty History?

The idea is to create a group of people that could march together using contact improvisation as a way of conveying messages. Moreover, it has been thought that white bed sheets could be bought, painting and drawing the message that we want to convey in them and wear them. It can be nice to wear white sheets with messages on as the sheets have lots of space to put info on plus also body parts left can be painted somehow, it can look amazing! Loads of beautiful things can be done wearing a bed sheet ... imagine ... spining, playing with shapes and movement as well as all the time showing our concerns with the unfair politics applied for the g8 leaders, let's be creative and let's make our voice heard joining together and dancing together!

Also if people dont fancy to dance be creative .... maybe bring pots and pans or whatever object you think it can be useful to make some noise .... noise that can be used for the contacters to improvise .... wear sheets too with your messages on .... ideas are always welcome be yourself!
