Listed building consent has been granted to convert the gauging
station building into a boat repair dock.
Consent also given to demolish the modern building in front of the
entrances. Consent also given to build on the remainder of the site.
Consent for the dock is subject to Dudley Canal Trust, the council and
the developer reaching an agreement within 6 months of todays date.
