There is considerable progress being made by the LHCRT. Indeed I would
urge all BCN enthusiasts to visit their website and also the site of
restoration in Tamworth road Lichfield. A new canal park is being
created there around the lock flight. In light of the Cotswold canals
losing BW backing compare the progress the LHCRT has nade in the same
period. Once an impossible restoration? Think again!These canals will
open up the 40 odd miles of BCN currently woefully underused.
