The pre inquiry meeting was held at Birmingham Council House 4th
October 2006 with Inspector Richard Poppleton and 16 objectors were
noted, although some 21 “live” objections were on file.

It was recorded that all objectors who intended to give evidence
and/or call witnesses tro present evidence to the Inquiry, and who
had not already done so, should submit to the Planning Inspectorate,
the Birmingham City Council and the Government Office, West Midlands,
a statement of case by 14th November 2006-10-29

The date of the public inquiry is yet to be fixed
