Hi all,

 

Just to let you know that the car boot sale at Frenchay Hospital took place today. I understand that people were queueing to sell from 6am - before the organisers even arrrived but by 8am they were having to turn sellers away. We arrived at 8.15am - too late to get a pitch :)

 

I thought that it was taking place every Sunday, but was told by one of the organisers that it only takes place every four weeks - so four weeks from today will be the next one.

 

Doesn't quite match up with the Bristol Evening Post entry which said every Sunday.

 

We went along to Trench Lane, Bradley Stoke, but no one appeared to be there at 9am - it hadn't been in the Evening Post so we weren't even sure if it was taking place. I will try to keep a look out in the Evening Post for all the sales that take place and update here with any news.
