Hi all

 

My  name is sharon and my husband who is 39 has just been diagnosed with carcinoid, it all started with back pains and then 7 weeks ago had MRI diagnosed with carcinoid, large tumours on his spine, in his chest, and his lungs, we are devastated and Dr. says chemo is only to prolong his life, he has just had the first 5 days of chemo.  I would love to speak to anyone who is in the same situation as us or just understands what carcinoid is like up until this point my husband was a healthy 39yr old who was still going into work everyday until actually diagnosed.
