Agreed. A lot of the Reason books I've looked at cover familar ground
&
go over a lot of the stuff you can find in the Reason manual. Power
tools however goes a step further with much more in depth & practical
tutorials. Everything is obviously centred around Reason but the book
also pays a lot of attention to the process of creating music as well.
Dynamics, beat making, mixing, mastering ... It's all touched on in
this book. Some of the routing tutorials in this book (for all devices
as well as the CV stuff) have really made a difference to the way I
work with Reason.

I'm really looking forward ot Power tools for Reason 3.0. It's going
to be a 100% essential purchase for all users of Reason 3.0!
