I can confirm that it's not out yet unfortunately. According to Peff
the indexing should be finsihed today. So it might be a little while
yet before it's actually available! It was due at the end of
September & then at the end of October (Amazon gave the dat as the
28th of this month). Looks increasingly likely the end of Vovember is
a more realistic date now!
