A test Combinator patch/skin for a project I'm working on that I hope
to develope into a complete Refill of monophonic, analogue style
patches. I want to use the Subtractor, Malstrom & not much else to
build the patches. The inspiration is taken from classic monophonic
analogue synthesizers such as the Roland SH101, Mini Moog, MS10/20 as
well as newer analogue synthesisers such as those made by UK company
Analogue Solutiuons. The emphasis will be on fat, raw, knarly
sounding patches with as pure, authentic & analogue a sound as
possible. I hope to use very few or no FX devices at all (except
maybe a compressor to help regulate output levels) & obviously no
polyphony or huge mutli-layered synth patches. Multiple synths will
only be used where more oscillators are nescessary to build the sound.

For the Refill ......... Well, I haven't really started it yet! But
if I at least start talking about it then I'll have to make some
headway on it :-) The plan is to have maybe 4 categories of sound -
Lead, Bass, Drum/Percussion & FX. Each category will have it's own
Combinator skin & each patch will have custom Combinator controls in
order to give the most accessible & flexible tweaking possibilities
directly from the Combinator rotary pots & buttons.
