Subject: Regarding a statement on your website

The page in question is http://www.caffenero.com/NeroCoffee.asp?Section=FairTradeCoffee and I am unhappy about the statement "The Fairtrade organisation actually guarantee minimum prices to growers which does not encourage quality".

Apart from the grammatical failings, I dispute the claim.  Offering a premium price encourages quality.

You have also completely ignored the other aspects of Fairtrade - for example the provision of social funding for education and other welfare projects.

The impression I gain from your site is that you are trying to mislead readers into thinking that you are offering something which compares with Fairtrade coffees when, in fact, you are not.

I would be very interested to hear how you defend your comments.
