I'm a lone gun in a small software company; Hunting, interviewing, coordinating Talent when it arrives etc.
Currently I use a number of things: LinkedIn, Google searches, social networks etc to find people.
I've used an ATS in the past but currently am using RATS, to manage requirements, files and candidate information. It is user-friendly and doesn't makes you a slave of keystrokes.
Any suggestions??
