Recently I have undertaken the task of reviewing new ATS. I have found numerous systems that will fit into our overall scheme of things for the future. One I ran across but have never heard of was "RATS" which is developed and supported by DNB management applications. Has anyone
ever heard of or used or currently have the use of this system. According to some of my corporate this is the best thing going but I would like to get a better review from the masses.

I'm a lone gun in a small software company; Hunting, interviewing, coordinating Talent when it arrives etc.
Currently I use a number of things: LinkedIn, Google searches, social networks etc to find people.
I've used an ATS in the past but currently am using RATS, to manage requirements, files and candidate information. It is user-friendly and doesn't makes you a slave of keystrokes.
Any suggestions??
