All,

An update/plea on behalf of the Swanage TC....

In summary, since the last communication, we have made marginally
above zero progress which means;

- to all intents and purposes we are still £12k short of getting out
of Dinton at today's prices
- if I am unable to go and finally resolve this issue by Saturday,
then we will incur December's rent (which I am confident of writing
off) and subsequently January's rent. That adds £1880 + VAT to our
debt and moves our position further away from the amicable solution
that is still open to us. I will be visiting Dinton on Monday bearing
beer for Oliver and Reuban as sweeteners...
- Allelys are still on standby but I guess that, unless we give them
the go-ahead on Monday 16th Dec., the move won't happen this year


On a positive note, we will start hitting the newsstands this week
and this will hopefully drum up some interest..

So, what to do?

In my opinion we are running out of options and I can only appeal,
once more for everyone to forward this e-mail to anyone they think may
be able to help as a private loan has become, quite literally, our
only option. Now I know we can succeed with this as we have enough
promises of monthly income to not only repay the debt but also to
start work on the unit. Personally, I cannot wait for the moment 33201
backs onto the 4 vehicles for the first time...


Please, we need everyone's help on this as time is running out and we
cannot keep deferring the movement of this unit any longer.
