1198 will be running this coming Saturday at the PBR. Traction will be a class 37! Lovely!!
Anyone able to pop over and say Hi, I will be in FirstGroup uniform having come straight from a night shift, so I should be easy to spot, I will also be quite likely nodding off from time to time so please feel free to give me a kick if this happens :-)
On Sunday, I aim to be at the EKR, even though the BEP isn't running. This will fit around the Belgian Grand Prix of course but Shepherdswell is only an hour by train for me.
Unfortunately work decrees that I can't be at the EVR monday, which is a bit of a blow for me, particularly as 2315 has been running daily this past week and is likely to do so through to Monday.
Still, anyone who doesn't like me much has no excuse not to go there now :-)

I am trying to now get clarification that 1198 will be running on Saturday...
It may be that the only CEP in operation at all this weekend will be 2315 up at the EVR!
Also my Outlook Express is having senior moments of its own; I keep getting error messages when trying to refresh the thing.
As for the dates for a HERO meeting, Thanks; I will see which is best for the most people.

Traction.
1198 will be either class 31 or 37 (73128 undergoing works)
2311 and 2315 will be MLVs 9003 and 9005.
2325/7105 will be MLVs 9001/2/8 and possibly the 09.
There is a lot of choice therefore and as the units are far enough apart they each have their own 'catchment area' and will not really be in competition.
Hat being said. I hope to be at PBR Sat, EKR Sun and EVR Mon - shifts at work permitting!
Hopefully will get to meet some of our readers!
