I think we need to run through the rules
we used last year, and check we are still happy...plus agree thorny issues
like logger traces for scoring etc...Also need to discuss how we use the
'stand by' weekend and agree a rota for all clubs for being 'stand by'
for the coming years.
I won't be there on saturday day (duty
BI at Saltby) but can come down for the evening or meet on Sunday morning??

Can Team captains let me have a list of all people who will attend the
Wittering round so we an get passes etc organised for people. We will
also do the usual BBQ and food for people based on numbers atending.
