I suggest meeting at 6:30pm, Hus Bos clubhouse.

Agenda: Club rota (one club not hosting a comp each year.)                                                   
Standby week end in the event of too many 'scrubs'.
 Rules - logger traces, etc. AOB.

Anyone arriving late Friday, park trailers on the grass on the right, passed the hangers / pumps. Tents / caravans can be set up by the first bend in the peritrack. Briefing details will be posted on a blackboard at the entrance to the clubhouse, (probably 10:00 am).
