Dear all,

The Cranwell leg is approaching and, as in previous years, it will
make life easier if I can have team lists before the weekend to give
to the guardroom. I have uploaded a file to the files section
called "Cranwell registration 08". Please complete this and return to
me by Thursday 17 Jul.

Since Prince William came to Cranwell, security has been tightened
massively. You MUST bring with you photographic ID, (passport or
driving licence) for every person and every person will need to be
entered onto the system in the guardroom. This may take some time. If
you will be bringing anyone who does not hold a British passport,
please let me know asap so that I can find out whether they come from
a "banned" country or not. (Unless they come from China or Iran, it
should be fine!) There is space to park with a trailer behind the
guardroom.

Directions to Cranwell are also in the files section if anyone has
not been here before. There is camping space available on the
airfield. Food will be available during the weekend but not on the
Friday night. However, we do have a pizza place 25m away from the
bar. If you are arriving Friday, please annotate it on the team
sheet. The bar will be open on Friday and there may be a flying
evening.
