Dear All

Having thrown in deliberate mistake in my last communication (well spotted
Chris!) I recall the discussion regarding a pilot's move from Novice to
Intermediate. The word "OR" is correct and we said that when a Novice had
competed in 2 or more Regionals they would be considered an Intermediate. I
think in this case we could dispense with the "additional year".

So, if you have done a 750 or finished in the top half of a national you are a pundit if you have done a 300 or competed in 2 regionals you are an intermediate...
