I agree with the intention but as written it is:-

Novice: A pilot who has not done A OR not done B OR not done C

meaning a pilot not having done B will always be a Novice


I think it should be either

Novice: A pilot who has not done; A or B or C.

Novide: A pilot who has not done A and not done B and not done C.

Chris Davison also commented on logical operators in an earlier post, care to
