I know its over 2 weeks until the Wittering round of ICL, but being an active military base I need to let them know who will be attending so that I can get car passes etc organised.

If you know already who will be attending can you email me have the names and car details please, before the end of next week (19^th June) would be good.

When you arrive at the guardroom you will need to produce photo ID in the form of either a photo driving licence or passport. If you don’t produce these they will probably not let you on.

Now to the important bit.

Attached is a map of how to get to the gliding hangar (without driving on the airfield) as well as a map of the parking/ rigging area.

We also have ample camping space at the club house for those who wish to stay Friday/Saturday night. We are also having a BBQ on the Saturday evening as well (sorry the hog roast man is unavailable this year).
