I had a chat with Mike Tucker yesterday. The date for the 50th anniversary
of the current school is Saturday 4 November 2006.

He's had some great ideas for the day's programme including trying to get a
senior Labour politician (definitely not Ruth Kelly) to commemorate Hugh
Gaitskill's 1956 speech.

He's also in the process of having the school's web site revamped.

As more details become available I'll let the group know.
