Ok Edmund it is a fair point.
Perhaps in this 'IT age' we have to overcome peoples resistance to
having their details stored. I therefore propose this, and if any
member objects please do so know:
As new members join we ask them for their
Name
Rough location i.e. City
Country
Year Joined
Year Left
Capacity i.e. Teacher, Pupil, Staff
Phone number (if they are happy to give it)
This we will store in a database, with the information only viewable
by the group moderators.
Existing members may also which to submit their own information BUT
if you do please send it outside the group i.e. to me at
elliott@... This will save troubling others and keep
the information from being seen.
