Greetings Possums,
My computer has been down for a while so I have only just
checked my e-mail. I wondered what was going on when so many
e-mails pitched up at the same time.
I don't want to go into what has been going on re archivist
except to say that Edmund Hodges and Andy Lambert are what
cockneys would call 'Diamond Geezers'.
They have done a wonderful job with this website for which I
am truly grateful. So no more 'Ruffled Feathers' please or I
will have do what Mr.Mackee my music teacher at Elliott around
1959 used to say: 'If there's any more of this I will come in
amongst you, I will come in amongst you'.
Anyone remember him?
I never knew Andy or Edmund during my time at Elliott 1957-1962.
I'm afraid Edmund my only interest in art lessons was the lovely
Miss Wade. Talk about hormones clicking in. Every time I saw her
it was like the Charge of The Light Brigade.
Some memories never fade. I can still picture her with her shoulder
length blonde hair and black leather boots.
If I keep on like this someone will chuck a bucket of cold water over
me. Anyway Possums enjoy the summer and keep the messages coming in.
Kind Regards
Alan
