I'd like to recommend that Ms. Tiwonge look at the FitzPatrick
Institute for African Ornithology at the University of Cape Town.
They have strong interests in conservation across Africa. They
don't specialize in ethno-ornithology per se, but seem open to the
subject. People from other departments, such as anthropology,
have a specializations in ethno-biology.
