The Center for Biological Diversity has an array of wildlife calls that can be downloaded (free) as cellphone ringtones. We started including owls in this effort right off (about 1.5 yrs ago). You can check the wildlife sounds and wallpaper out at http://rareearthtones.org/ringtones/
I just did a quick tally of just the owl downloads to date, as of 6 Jan 2009, there have been 36,330 downloads of owl ringtones from the CBD site.
