We have so much to learn about animal morality and moral agency.  For example, below is a piece about a shark and a man, both with what I would call moral virtues.  Also, when I worked in Florida's Green Swamp for the Game and Fish Commission, I learned that mother alligators ferry their little babies to and from their nests in their mouths to practice life skills.
