Dear all,

I've been a bit quiet for the past couple of months working on my book of
Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander bird knowledge but would love
to hear from you all about what research, field work or interests you are
pursuing right now!

I'm just about to set off on the first of several long trips that will take me
around the country to back up my documentary research on Australian indigenous
bird knowledge for my book which is slated for publishing in 2010.

Wat are you up to? Post a short note to let us all know and perhaps to help fill
in some gaps in your work!.
