I hope you don't mind me joining this group?
I don't live in Goring by sea but I am a frequent visitor. I love it,
my family love it.
I like walking along the seafront. My son is 12 and is disabled, we
find it easy to park alongside the green area and push him in his chair.
It is a shame we can't actually get him up the steps to the sea lane
cafe and at this time of the year gets a bit chilly to sit outside.
I notice there are lots of beach huts along by the cafe but I only ever
see one or two people using them.
If anyone knows anyone who would be interested in letting one out for
the odd day here or there, i would be interested. I often bring my
elderly parents down too, my dad is also a wheelchair user and having
access to a beach hut for an odd day here or there would be such a
Godsend to our family.
I would quite like to move down to the Worthing area, although I can't
do so until my son finishes school.
I would like to stay in touch to find out more about what it is like to
live in Goring by sea.
Thanks
