Just joined as I am working on a personal project involving meccano,
especially gears. However I cannot seem to find the actual DP of the
gears. I think they are 38 DP which makes sense with the 19 teeth and
mulitles thereoff gears. It makes more sense for the 25/50 than 40 DP.

However, 40 DP is a preferred size to 38 DP. My measuring tackle has
got me so far, but is not to splitting the difference.
