Fron Manor Park we cycle down High St North turn left ..Warwick
Rd...Sheridan Rd ...Shakespear Cresc......East Ave...We then cross the
High St very near East Ham station. You could met us there about 10 15
ish. You would have to check because it is hard to get people to start
on time so I can't guarantee our eta of course.Our mobile which we
really only turn on the day of a ride is..07816605276.. Our route goes
neat City Airport...Canary Wharf....Greenwich foot tunnel.
Lunch...Thames path .... Woolwich ferry.......Then northwards to Manor
Park. You could leave at a convenient spot and head to the tube.
