Steve Pullum, Coordinator of Havering Greenpeace, would like to try returning to Cycling after a lengthy illness. In case it doesn’t work out, he would like to beg, borrow (on semi-permanent loan) or buy very cheaply a suitable Bike. He’s ‘average’ height & build.
