Hi this is yazz, i will be going to Bolton college becasue that is the closest to me. the course is one day a week 9 - 5 and one day in placement in the college. At the moment i am studying BA hon in Early childhood studies. we have to placement in this course, so i asked hospital near me if they take me on which they have. so i can get experience and be sure that is the field i want to work with, i love it there, can be emotional seeing the children poorly but i manage to cope quite well in that situation. I would advice you to do one day free work at an hospital near you, so hopefully they will offer you an job there. Where i am doing placement they have asked me to do supply work for them which i will get paid! in the summer. I hope this has helped you if not e mail me, and i will try to help you.

I'm guessing the placement is unpaid? which isnt a major concern
factor for me as i will still be living at home - its something my dad
will ask me, he always comes up with questions I never think of, lol.
