I've looked up hospitals in the Hertfordshire area in the NAHPS directory for you and came up with two: 
Tewin Ward
QE2 Hospital
Howlands Welwyn Garden City
Herts AL7 4HQ
tel 01707 365013
 
Mulbury Bush Unit
Lister Hospital
Stevenage
Herts
SG1 4AB
tel 01483 781008
 
They were both listed as having qualified hospital play specialists, hope this is helpful.
