Hi John!
Having almost completed my research project i sympathise with you!! What we have been told to do at Stanmore is to make observational visits to hospital settings and to have 'anecdotal' chats with members of the team there. We have all struggled with this concept too of not being able to interview, but its not as bad as originally thought.
Good luck with it!
Karen.

Subject: [Hospitalplayspecialists] research problems
Hello everyone i've just been given the guidelines for my research project but we've been told that we can't do interviews, observations or questionnaires because we need ethical approval from our hospital. If i can't get the approval anyone got any ideas what i could do? thanks john >From: "hattyhar" <hattyhar@...> >Reply-To: Hospitalplayspecialists@... >To: Hospitalplayspecialists@... >Subject: [Hospitalplayspecialists] Hospital Play Specialists in A&E >Date: Wed, 03 May 2006 17:39:28 -0000 > > > > >Hi Everyone > > > >I wanted to ask for all your help, i'm doing some research for my > >hospital on play specialists in the A&E dept.
