Hi,
I currently resided in California and I am interested in entering the
profession of HPS. I currently teach preschool in a lab setting at a
Community College where I work with children ages 18 months to 5
years. I also am responsible for training student teachers. I am
ready to make a career change that still allows me to work with
children and families. I have been inspired by some children and
families who have gone through serious illnesses and want to be a part
of making a difference in the lives of families like these through my
support and understanding and knowledge of early child development and
parent education. What are the qualifications needs for HPS jobs in the
US? Are there training programs available here in California? And how
do you find job listings for his paricular kind of profession?
Thank you for your ideas and suggestions.
DZ
