We dont have anything like ur pain passport, but it sounds great, is there any chance you could send me a copy so i could see if we could use something similar here?

Hello all, my name is Zowie and i have been working as a play leader/nursery nurse on my local childrens unit for 12 years. We have just produced a pain passport and published it as a tool for any child who would benifit from owning one. It already has been highly successful and i was wondering if anybody out there has a simalar tool set up at their hospital.
