Lot's of people are really interested in the pain passport, so i was wondering
zowie could you upload it onto the site under files so that all members could
access it? This would also be helpful if anyone else has any paper work or
techiques that we could all share.

I also want to apologise for all this spam mail we appear to me gettin at the
moment i am trying to remove these people off them site as they are not helpful
at all.
