Dear friends,

We will be holding an open committee meeting next week to allow those interested in getting involved a chance to meet the other committee members and give some input into the events to be planned for next autumn. 

The meeting is planned for Thursday, 17th July, 6:30pm.  If you can make it, contact me by email or phone (07818 822090) to get further details of venue.  If  you can't make it but would still be interested in joining the committee, let me know so that I can keep you informed about future meetings.
