Dear all,

I hope you're having a wonderful week.

Just wanted to let you know about something that I'm involved with
called Deeksha (Oneness Blessing).

I was very skeptical when I first came across this but later found it to
be very healing.

There isn't a particular faith or philosophy which is necessary for
taking part. The blessing can given in any different faith and
interfaith service. It's not about thinking or believing, but about the
wonderment of experiencing.

Oneness Blessing, as the name suggests, is the passing on of a
benediction which bestows a sense of peace, and wholeness. It's a very
healing practice, and helps us to connect with the Divine in whatever
way feels most appropriate for us.

If you were to come along to a typical evening of Deeksha in Cambridge,
it would involve a little meditation and a hands on head blessing.
Although the blessing can be given simply by itself or along with any
form of worship.

If anybody is interested I am in the Sukhmani Centre
(www.sukhmani.co.uk) at 7.45pm this (and most) Thursdays. Otherwise I
am very happy to come along to any group that you are running.

God Bless You
