Dear friends,
As part of our 2008 programme we are pleased to announce that we
have a date and venue arranged for our Cambridge Interfaith Fair.
Please mark in your diaries Sunday 29 June, from 2:00 to 5:00p.m. at
the Friends Meeting House on Jesus Lane. I think most of you that know
the Friends Meeting House will agree that it offers a central, easily
accessible location with a warm and friendly atmosphere - a suitable
venue for our fair. Please let friends, family and others in your
organisation know about this event. If you would like flyers/posters,
I can provide you with a printable poster when it's ready.
Those who wish to have a stall at the fair should book a place as
soon as possible. Space is limited, so please contact me even if it's
just to provisionally book. You can contact me via email: heather(at)kara.org.uk
- please replace the (at) with @. We do request a £5 donation from
stall holders to cover hall hire, refreshments and some advertising.
Also, please note that we have booked the Small Hall at the Guild
Hall for this year's Civic Celebration of Community. The date and time
is set for Sunday 19 October at 2.00 p.m. Please make a note in your
diary as we will be looking for participants for this popular event.
Mention this date to others so that they can keep it free as well.
Yours,
Heather Kara, Co-chair, Cambridge Inter-Faith Group, heather(at)kara.org.uk
