Dear KRA,
Having just returned from an emergency meeting of the DPPF (Davenham
Popular Peoples Front), we have to advise you that your plans to turn
Laburnum field into allotments have created serious unrest in the
village. The DPPF have formulated plans to defend our sovereign
territory against such an invasion.
Our list of objections include the following -
* Davenham is Davenham not Kingsmead.
* It would be dangerous to push wheel barrows over the A556.
* Laburnum Field is currently being used for training the DPPF conscripts.
* The field is contaminated by urine generated by Bargain Booze.
* The contamination would make any food grown there inedible.
* The DPPF plans to move Kingsmead to outer Mongolia would make it
difficult to service the allotments on a regular basis.
We would be happy to discuss you plans in greater detail and will
happily donate some seeds and cuttings. We are sorry that interest
rates are biting to the extent that you can't afford to shop at the
Tesco Express.
Good luck with your borders.
Foxy - Chief of Staff(DPPF)
