Hey guys, My name is Jason Johns. I'm new to the ASL scene here in the UK. I
live about an hour north of London. I couldn't make it down to the gameday in
June, but would like to try to do it in July. So, I guess I need to arrange a
game.

I have been connected to ASL since the early-90's though with a huge break (more
than a decade) from through last year. So, I found a guy here and am getting
back up to speed. Let me know if you'd like to have a go with me. I can take the
train down.

Thanks,
Jason

P.S. I have been playing again since Dec last year and posting my AARs on BGG
and gamesquad/forums. Here is the BGG ASL site:
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/243
My games start with Mike and I:...

Hello Jason! Good to hear from you and thanks for your introduction

I’m already tied down fro July and August, but I’m sure another member of LASL will quickly respond to your please for an opponent – HINT!

What are your preferred scenarios? Do you play any 3rd Party Stuff? If you do make it down for July, we’ll have a chat and see if we can sort something out for later in the year

Derek

Unfortunately not! Rats. I am going on a work business trip and don't get back
until Saturday at 4pm. I think that I'm out in August too. Not sure when the
September one is. Do you do VASL? Maybe we could give that a whirl after I get
back.

Someone asked about what I have. I have everything official and am steadily
getting the TPP products. CGs are my favorite, but I'm a bit rusty. Also, it
would be difficult for me to lug my stuff down there. It's not sorted for
travel...

I am planning on going to the con in October in Bournemouth, but haven't signed
up yet. (I already booked it on my work calendar.)

Maybe. However I thought it was now the first Saturday of the month.
However there does not seem to be much activity via email which suggests
you are correct.
