We have also experienced extremely poor customer service from them quite recently.
They were trying to get us to advertise online but when I asked them on several occasions to email me through the details, they seemed unable to do this!
We already have several entries in the Directory - but they seemed to be completely unaware of the contents.
I am glad to hear we are not alone.

Yes I had similar issues earlier on this year. I was passed around different departments and promised calls that never materialised. I wanted to talk to them about payment of an invoice, so it was in their interest to get back to me!! They just didn’t seem to care.

Hi,
I know there are always debates going on about the effectiveness of
Legacy Marketing advertising, and which are the best channels to use,
but I have an ongoing issue with Charity Choice and the customer service
I have received from them (or complete lack thereof!) and I am becoming
increasingly frustrated by being passed around departments and being
told that someone will 'call me back right away' - needless to say,
these calls have not materialised.
I was just wondering if I was alone on this, or whether others had had
