Legacy & In Memoriam Giving Manager (12 month maternity cover)
The Role
This role supports the Head of Legacy Giving in developing and co-
coordinating a marketing programme aimed at generating an increased
number of legacy commitments. A major aspect of this role is
specifically managing and handling all legacy administration in line
with ILM best practice policies and procedures.
The Person
You will have worked in a probate or legacy administration department
and will have the ability to deal with your own case load, processing
all aspects of the files from first notification to receipt of estate
accounts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the
ability to work with people at all levels is vital in this role.
Experience of fundraising techniques such as direct mail is desirable
but not essential.
The post is a Grade 7, the salary for which ranges from £26,666 -
£32,796, (excluding a London Allowance of £2,572). Appointments are
usually made at the bottom of the scale.
