RNID, the charity working to change the world for deaf and hard of hearing people is looking to develop legacy activity and therefore increase legacy income in future years.
Changing focus from a purely DM function to a more relational approach, we are looking for someone who has the drive, determination and skills to help us achieve our aims.
The role will be a mix of cold recruitment including free will making schemes, advertising in national and grey press and warm donor development through a personalised free will scheme to the supporter base and RNID staff, supporter care events and with our pledger care programme.
The role will also include developing further our currently successful In Memoriam programme and the development of an exciting new promotion to solicitors.
Working alongside the Legacy Manager to implement current and future plans, you will also be working closely with our regional staff (including regional legacy adviser) to ensure that we develop supporter events in SE England.
Salary range £24k - 27k
25 days holiday(with opportunity from April 2008 to buy back 5 days)
