We will be looking at what Stewardship really means...at the moment it
seems that Stewardship hasn't a defined meaning and often is confused with
relationship fundraising and donor care, and we would like to talk about
the similarities and differences and look at how we as a group would
define stewardship.
We are hoping that Gordon Michie will be able to join us and share his
findings on his recent report he has written into what fundraisers
understand stewardship to be (TBC). Sue Berrington from UCL will be
sharing information about their stewardship programme and their
experiences from that.
We will continue the meeting with a discussion about the points raised
and hopefully leave with a clearer understanding of stewardship and some ideas
that we could apply to our own charities.
A further detailed agenda will be circulate as soon as speakers have been
confirmed, but hope this helps in the meantime.

Stewardship at this meeting will cover how we look after and keep involved our legacy intenders/pledgers etc. Also ,we will cover how to look after executors, after a death, as they may also become legators in the fullness of time.
