Re: [SPAM] [LocalWatch] Re: Wither Morrsh?   Message List

I agree with Julian. Having the link is useful. I think if we continue adding people as we go along it will continue to be a valuable resource. And having a Neighbourhood Watch meeting with the Safer Neighbourhood team is also important as, theoretically, we do still constitute a Watch group, although we don't seem to operate as one. With Kirstie now gone off the drive 100 mph police vehicles, there doesn't seem to be anyone arranging feed-back meetings from the police. Maybe we should contact them and get them to arrange one? It also depends on issues. There were scooters, then yellow lines, then CPZ, then trees, plus various scary factories but now not a lot. Morrsh is there, but just lying dormant, like the rest of us at the moment.

Subject: [SPAM] [LocalWatch] Re: Wither Morrsh?

Well I don't pretend to have any easy answers, and I am certainly not
volunteering to do more. I'm sure someone with lots of enthusiasm
(and time!) would help, so let's hope someone comes forward.
But one thing I do feel strongly about is that if all else fails we
should at least keep talking to eachother.
I don't often make or reply to posts but I always read them and I
think it is great that we have an easy way to keep eachother informed
about what is going on in the neighbourhood.
